Standard tracked shipping costs $5 for orders under $85. Orders of $85 or more qualify for free tracked shipping.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Typical international transit times via air logistics are:
- US, Canada & EU: 7–12 business days
You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves the facility.
Orders can be modified or canceled only before they have been processed and dispatched. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team immediately.
In the rare event of a severe carrier delay or transit damage, please reach out to us at austramods.help@outlook.com. We will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue promptly, providing a replacement or refund where applicable.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be brand-new, unused, in original packaging, and with all factory protective films intact. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at our support email within 72 hours for an immediate free replacement or full refund.
